You can, but the kitchen is designed for 2 to 4. Solo, you are doing every job in it yourself.

First the browser: it has to have microphone permission for the site, and that is a prompt you may have dismissed. Then the settings panel behind the gear icon, where the microphone options live.

Read the order ticket, take each ingredient to the station it needs — the board chops, the pan fries, the oven bakes — put the finished pieces on a clean plate, then carry the plate to the serving counter. Step by step →

Watch the green circle floating in the kitchen: it always points at the next thing to do for whichever order is most urgent. Turn it off with the eye icon next to Pause once you know your way around.

It does not help the order it was meant for, and you have spent the time either way. Glance at the ticket before you run a plate out to the counter.

No. Pick the ingredient back up or set it on a counter and the cook timer pauses; put it back on a station and it carries on from where it stopped.

Dirty plates pile up in the sink — walk into the sink to wash them. During a rush somebody needs to be on it full time, because an empty plate rack stops the whole kitchen.

Three stars comes from the team score, so it is about not wasting time: claim a station each in the first ten seconds, start anything slow first, keep one person on plates and washing, and talk.

Not everything goes to whoever serves the dish. Pickups, cooking, plating and washing are all credited, and the end-of-match screen shows your exact share as a percentage.

With two or more players a match can award MVP plus four side titles: Sous Chef for the most prep, Speed Demon for the fastest serving, Combo Keeper for the longest combo and Dish Hero for the most dishes washed. One player can take several at once.

Your team ranking score is the sum, per level, of the best team score your group has ever managed there — replaying for less does not cost you anything, and only a new record moves the total. Duo, Trio and Squad are three completely separate boards. The full breakdown →

Get graded first: 10 matches at one team size for a personal tier, and 3 matches by the exact same group for that group to appear on the group leaderboard. After that, go back and beat your record on the levels you played badly — playing more matches on its own adds nothing. Every milestone explained →

Not for group ranking — a match with a guest in it counts toward neither that group’s score nor its match total.

A guest session is saved on the device that created it, so clearing your browser data loses it. A registered account keeps your progress on the server instead, across every device you sign in on.

Yes. Upgrading a guest session to a real account carries what you have already done over with it.

Yes, alongside signing up with an email address. We receive your email and profile name from the sign-in provider, never your password.

With a registered account, yes — sign in on both and it is one set of progress. A guest session cannot follow you to another device.

Any current browser with 3D graphics support — Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, on desktop, phone or tablet. Keeping the browser up to date is the one thing that matters.

Lower the graphics quality in the settings panel behind the gear icon, and close other heavy tabs and apps first — a phone browser shares its memory with everything else you have open.

It is playable now and free, but still in active development — levels, recipes and scoring are being worked on, so parts of it change.

There is no fixed schedule. New levels and updates are announced on the Facebook fanpage linked at the bottom of every page.
